Returns

At Jeanne The Label we do not offer refunds on change of mind, however we want you to find the perfect fit for your body so we are happy for you to contact us via email info@jeannethelabel.com.au for an exchange in size, colour way or for a credit note which is valid for 1 year.

Please note:  All items are to be returned in their original condition. Your item/s must have no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour. 

• The return is made within 30 days of purchase 
• Items are unworn or in their original condition
• You have acceptable proof of purchase

Sale Items
All sale items are final and not available for return or exchange. 

 

Faulty Items

We carefully pack and ship all orders, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided the following is met;

You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to info@jeannethelabel.com.au .

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
